Sucralose is the high-intensity sweetener made from sugar, is one perfect sweetener
invented by mankind until now, passing through 10 years strict experiments in

to accept Sucralose to be used as food additive, including USA, Russia, Canada,

biscuit and bread etc.

Property:
White to
nearly white crystalline powder, nearly odorless, has no hygroscopicity. Sweet
taste. it is stable to the light, heat and PH. Extremely easy to dissolve in
water, ethanol and methanol..
It is a
functional sweetener based on cane sugar, with a 600 times sweet density of
sugar, its sweet taste is pure and quite similar to sugar without any
unpleasant aftertaste. Also it is completely safe for consumption because of
high stability, no calorie, has no effect on tooth decay or Carbohydrate
metabolism.
